ICC Women’s T20I Player Rankings — Mooney No. 1 batter after World Cup heroics; Charani remains top bowler
Beth Mooney has moved to the top of the ICC Women’s T20I Batting Rankings after her heroics at the recently concluded Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.
Mooney won Player of the Tournament, scoring 238 runs at an average of 47.60 including half-centuries in the semifinal and final, as Australia won its seventh T20 World Cup title.
She usurps her Australian opening partner Georgia Voll, who moves to the second spot. Laura Wolvaardt of South Africa rounds out the top three.
Smriti Mandhana (five), Shafali Verma (six), and Harmanpreet Kaur (ten) are the Indians in the top ten.

In the bowling rankings, N. Shree Charani’s impressive tournament has ensured that she remains at top spot, while England’s Sophie Ecclestone has jumped above teammate Charlie Dean into second spot.
Deepti Sharma (eight) is the only other Indian in the top ten.
