Auto Market Sales: Sales of more than 26 lakh vehicles in April, tremendous jump in every segment

Auto Market Sales : The auto sector, which has been growing rapidly in the country, has gained momentum at the beginning of the new financial year. In the month of April of the current financial year, vehicle sales made such a record, which has clearly indicated the strength of the industry. Due to increasing demand, better cash flow in rural areas and favorable economic environment, customer interest in every segment from cars to two-wheelers has increased rapidly. This is the reason why total retail sales have crossed 26 lakhs, which is considered to be the highest level till date.

Strong jump in total sales, momentum returned in the market
According to the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations, an organization of auto dealers, a total of 26,11,317 vehicles were retailed across the country in April. This is a strong jump of about 13% compared to last year.
This data shows that strong demand in the market not only persists, but is also growing stronger. With such a positive start to the new financial year, expectations for the coming months have also increased.

Two-wheeler and passenger vehicle segment
The biggest contribution in this sale was made by two-wheelers, where sales crossed 19 lakhs. This is the largest monthly figure till date.
At the same time, Passenger Vehicles i.e. car segment was also not left behind. Sales in this category were more than 4 lakh, which shows a significant increase compared to last year.
