Meanwhile, Gujarat-based EV startup Avore has introduced its new electric bike series. The company has launched the Avore EX1, EX2, and EX2S models, with pre-bookings open for just ₹799 .
Avore EX2S will offer a range of up to 260km
The company’s flagship model, the Avore EX2S, comes with a 5kWh battery pack. According to the company, the bike is capable of delivering a range of up to 260 kilometers on a single full charge . Its top speed is reported to be 114 km/h. The bike also features advanced features like five riding modes and a 7-inch touchscreen display. Its ex-showroom price is ₹1.70 lakh .
EX1 and EX2 also became the center of attraction
The Avore EX1 is powered by a 3.24kWh battery, offering a claimed range of approximately 160km . It has a top speed of 100km/h and offers three riding modes. Its starting price, ex-showroom, is ₹1.23 lakh .
The Avore EX2, meanwhile , comes with a 5kWh battery pack, which the company claims offers a range of up to 255km . It also has a top speed of 100km/h and is priced at ₹1.46 lakh (ex-showroom).
You can pre-book by paying just ₹799
The company has opened pre-bookings for all three electric bikes. Customers can book their desired model for just ₹799 . However, the company has not yet revealed the delivery date.
Competition will increase in the electric bike segment
