Hearing in Supreme Court regarding Ram Temple offerings case, 3 petitioners including MP raised questions

Ram Mandir Row: The Supreme Court will now hear on July 13 three separate petitions filed regarding the offerings related to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple of Ayodhya and the financial management of the trust. This matter is in discussion because many questions related to temple offerings, financial transparency and investigation have been raised in it. However, the final decision on all these issues has to be taken by the Supreme Court and at present the court will hear only the issues raised in the petitions.

These veteran people have filed a petition

According to the information, one of these three petitions is of Rashtriya Janata Dal MP Sudhakar Singh. Apart from this, advocate Ajay Rai and another petitioner have also filed separate petitions. In these petitions, a demand has been made for an impartial investigation into the financial matters of the temple trust. In two petitions, a special request has been made to conduct investigation by CBI.

Eyes fixed on transparency and fairness

The case will be heard before a bench headed by the Chief Justice of India. During this time, the court will consider the legal points raised in the petitions and the arguments of the concerned parties. Only after the hearing will it become clear which legal path will be adopted in this matter and what instructions the court considers necessary.

The petitioners say that there should be more transparency in matters related to financial transactions and offerings of the temple trust. At the same time, the concerned parties will also get full opportunity to present their side in the court. The Supreme Court will reach any conclusion only after hearing the arguments of both the sides.

Will have to wait for the court’s decision

It is important to note that all the allegations made in the petitions are currently under judicial consideration. These allegations have not yet been confirmed or denied by the court. Therefore, the entire matter is being looked into under the legal process only. The objective of the court is to take an impartial decision on the basis of available facts and law.

Now everyone’s eyes will be on the hearing on July 13. On this day, the Supreme Court will decide what further procedure should be adopted on the issues raised in the petitions. At present this matter is pending before the court and it would not be appropriate to reach any conclusion until the final decision comes.
