Ayodhya: A new administrative system is being prepared for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, with the temple trust working on a dedicated dress code policy for its staff members. The new guidelines are expected to bring more discipline, better coordination and easier identification of employees inside the temple complex.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which manages the Ram Temple administration, is preparing separate attire guidelines based on the responsibilities and duties of different staff members.
Different dress rules for temple services
Under the proposed policy, staff working in temple administration, pilgrim facilities, security, sanitation, technical operations and other departments may have separate dress requirements according to their roles.
The move is aimed at helping devotees easily identify authorized staff members while improving the overall management of the temple premises.
New policy to include work, discipline and responsibilities
The upcoming staff policy will not only focus on clothing but will also include rules related to work responsibilities, discipline, behavior and duty-related procedures.
The trust is working towards creating a more organized system to handle the increasing number of devotees visiting the Ram Temple every day.
CEO Jitendra Mishra may get more administrative powers
Meanwhile, under the proposed new system, newly appointed CEO Jitendra Mishra is likely to receive additional powers to manage administrative operations.
The CEO will be responsible for overseeing staff management, coordination between departments and ensuring smooth functioning of various services inside the temple complex.
Religious committee to handle rituals, CEO to manage operations
Trust General Secretary Govind Dev Giri said that after preparing the draft policy, it will be discussed and finalized before implementation.
He clarified that the religious committee will continue to manage daily rituals and worship-related activities, while the CEO will look after administrative and operational responsibilities.
