Rapper Badshah and Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi have confirmed their divorce, months after reports and wedding pictures of their private ceremony surfaced online.
The couple announced their separation through identical statements shared on Instagram on August 31. They said the decision was mutual and urged fans and the media to respect their privacy while refraining from speculation about their relationship.

In their joint statement, Badshah and Isha Rikhi said they had decided to move forward on separate paths.
“I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time,” they said.
The couple also made it clear that they would not be issuing further statements about their relationship.
“This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship,” they added.
Badshah-Isha Rikhi wedding reports surfaced in March
The separation comes only months after reports of Badshah and Isha Rikhi’s wedding gained attention online.
Rumours about their marriage surfaced in March 2026 after Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared pictures and videos that appeared to be from a wedding ceremony. The images showed Badshah in a brown kurta and golden saafa, while Isha was dressed in a traditional red bridal outfit.
According to reports, the ceremony was a private affair attended by close family members and friends. Badshah did not publicly confirm the marriage at the time.
Isha later confirmed that she was married during an Instagram Ask Me Anything session. When asked about her marital status, she reportedly replied, “Yes, I am married,” and referred to Badshah as her “Pati Dev.”

During the same interaction, Isha also spoke about her social media relationship with Badshah. The couple had attracted attention because they did not follow each other on Instagram.
Isha joked about the situation and suggested that Badshah owed fans an explanation. She also shared what was described as their first official picture together.

Who is Isha Rikhi?
Isha Rikhi is a Chandigarh-born actor and model who made her Punjabi film debut with Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De in 2013.
She subsequently appeared in Punjabi films including Happy Go Lucky, Ardaas and Mindo Taseeldarni. She made her Bollywood debut with Nawabzaade in 2018.
Reports had suggested that Isha and Badshah had been in a relationship for several years before their private wedding.
The couple’s latest statement now confirms that they have mutually chosen to end their relationship and move forward separately.
