Swatantra Bhardwaj’s lawyer said this
Swatantra Bhardwaj’s lawyer Umesh Chandra Sharma said, “Swatantra Bhardwaj’s bail plea was listed before the special court today and after hearing the arguments from both sides, the court has confirmed his bail. This means that he will remain out of jail till the charge sheet is filed and the trial is completed in this case.
The opposite side was trying to convince the judge that he should be detained and required custodial interrogation. But we were successful in convincing the court that he had not violated any of the conditions imposed by the court on the interim. So, I think, because of that, the court has now confirmed the bail orders.
