In terms of features, the Splendor Plus (Hero Splendor) Flex Fuel explains why it charges an extra 10,000 rupees. This model comes with Hero’s own i3S (Idle Stop-Start) technology, which automatically shuts off the engine after standing still for a few seconds at a city traffic signal and restarts it when the clutch is depressed, resulting in great fuel savings.
