The teaser of the film ‘Partition 1947’, based on the background of India-Pakistan partition of 1947, has finally been released. Sunny Deol is seen in a powerful style in the teaser of this film made under the banner of Aamir Khan Production. Whereas Preity Zinta is seen screaming in pain and fear of losing herself. This film is going to be released in theaters on the occasion of independence.

This 1 minute 05 second teaser starts with the serious voice of producer Aamir Khan, in which he tells the story of India’s hard-earned independence and the subsequent partition on the basis of religion. The scenes playing in the background show how crores of people were forced to leave their loved ones and settle down due to violence and displacement. Then after this, the most important turning point in the teaser comes when Sunny Deol enters. He is seen helping people on the occasion of partition. In the scene, it is seen that Abhimanyu Singh asks Sunny Deol, do you want to mess with him? On this Sunny Paaji replies, ‘No intention but no objection either.’ Apart from this, Preity Zinta is shown getting separated from her loved ones. The teaser ends with the caption, ‘In a time of hatred and fear, she chose courage.’

The film ‘Partition 1947’ stars Shabana Azmi, Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal and Abhimanyu Singh in lead roles. This film is directed by National Award winner Rajkumar Santoshi. This film will be released in theaters on 14 August 2026.
