Team India U-19: The Junior Cricket Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the Indian Under-19 team for the tour of Sri Lanka on Thursday, June 11. On this tour starting from July 4, Team India has to play a 3-match ODI series and a two-match multi-day series. Anvay Dravid, younger son of former Indian head coach Rahul Dravid, has also been included in the squad for the ODI series.
Yashvardhan Singh Chauhan became the captain
BCCI has handed over the command of the Indian Under-19 team to Yashvardhan Singh Chauhan for the ODI and multi-day series to be held on the Sri Lanka tour. While Lakshya Raichandani has been appointed vice-captain. Apart from this, Rajat Baghel and Anvay Dravid have been included in the ODI team as wicketkeeper batsmen. At the same time, Aryan Sandesh Sakpal has been selected as the wicketkeeper for the multi-day series.

When will India’s Sri Lanka tour start?
The first ODI match between the Indian Under-19 team and Sri Lanka will be played on 04 July. The last match of the three-match ODI series between the two teams will be held on July 9. After this, a two-match multi-day series will be played between the two teams from July 13. Whose second and last match will be played from July 20. Let us tell you, the matches of the ODI series will be played in Hambantota, while the first match of the multi-day series will be played in Galle and the second match in Colombo.
