Stuffed Paneer Kulcha Recipe
Step 1: First, purchase your kulcha from the market. You can use any type of kulcha, either flour or refined flour. One packet yields approximately 4-5 kulchas. Now, the most important step is to prepare the kulcha stuffing.
Step 2: For the paneer kulcha, finely chop 1 bell pepper. Finely chop 1 tomato and 1 onion. Add some sweet corn, 1-2 green chilies, and chopped cilantro.
Step 3: Now, take a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, corn, and tomato and lightly fry over high heat. Add a few spices, such as salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of coriander powder, and oregano.
Step Four: Add crumbled or grated paneer to this masala. Prepare the paneer bhurji-like consistency. Once cooled, add coriander leaves and a little tomato sauce. The paneer kulcha stuffing is ready.
Fifth Step – Now take the Kulcha and apply some Szechuan chutney or sauce on it, if you have green chutney then apply that or you can also apply chili sauce. You can also apply some mayonnaise. Now fill it with the prepared stuffing and place the second Kulcha on top. Press both of them and let them set. Now put butter on the kulcha and bake it by pressing it on the pan. If you want, you can cut it from the middle and then bake it in a sandwich maker. This is a very easy method. With this the kulcha will be cooked well in very little oil.
If you like cheese, add a slice of cheese or grated cheese to the center of the kulcha. This will enhance the kulcha’s flavor. Enjoy the prepared paneer kulcha with sauce or as is.
