Chhattisgarh Bemetara Murder Case: Murdered the previous woman by entering the house, then had relations with the dead body and cut it into pieces.

Such a heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Bemetara district of Chhattisgarh, which has shocked the entire area. A 50-year-old woman was first brutally murdered, then the accused allegedly did disgusting things with the dead body, putting humanity to shame.

After this, with the intention of destroying the identity, the dead body was cut into several pieces and thrown into the river. This horrifying incident came to light when the woman’s son found body parts wrapped in clothes on the river bank. After investigating the case, the police have arrested the 42-year-old accused.

Entered the house, took life when protested

According to the police, the incident occurred on the night of July 6. It is alleged that the accused entered the woman’s house and tried to force herself on her. When the woman protested, he attacked her with a shovel and killed her. After this, the accused allegedly did disgusting and obscene acts with the dead body also.

The dead body was cut into pieces to destroy evidence.

According to the investigating officers, to hide the incident, the accused cut the body into several pieces with a saw. After this, the body parts were kept at his hideout overnight and the next night they were thrown at different places in the Shivnath river, so that the police could not find any clue.

Son found body parts of mother on the river bank

This incident came to light when the woman’s son was searching for his mother. During this time, he found two suspicious bundles wrapped in clothes near Amaraiya drain. When opened, they contained body parts, which he recognized as his mother’s. After this the police registered a case of murder and started investigation.

Drone, dog squad and forensic team solved the mystery

Considering the seriousness of the case, the police conducted a comprehensive investigation campaign with the help of forensic experts, dog squad, drones, boats and searchlights. On the basis of technical evidence, circumstantial evidence and statements of family members, the police reached the accused. During interrogation, the accused allegedly confessed to his crime.

He was found guilty in the case of murder of a woman in 2017 also.

According to the police, the arrested accused Ramprasad Sonwani alias Bengali (42) has already been convicted in a murder case. In the year 2017 also, he was convicted in the case of murder of a woman. This time too, the police have recovered the weapons used in the murder, the saw used in cutting the body into pieces and other important evidence. Police say that a case has been registered against the accused under various sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). After presenting him in the court, he has been sent to judicial custody.
