Giribala Singh accused of tampering with evidence

The Madhya Pradesh High Court had canceled the interim bail granted on May 15, after which the CBI interrogated Giribala Singh for about 7 hours on Thursday. After interrogation, the agency arrested him. The investigating agency alleges that he tampered with the evidence related to the case. Samarth Singh was already in CBI custody. The agency had registered a formal FIR in this matter on the night of 25 May.

CBI is investigating every activity of the night of the incident

The CBI team recently reached Giribala Singh’s house and tried to understand the circumstances of the night Twisha Sharma died. The investigation team gathered information about the activities of the people present in the house and the steps taken after the incident. Along with this, the agency is also investigating call detail records, mobile location and digital evidence. CBI is trying to find out who was contacted on the night of the incident and what changes were made at the spot after the death.

CBI is also using modern technology in this case. The investigating agency is preparing a virtual recreation of Twisha Sharma’s last hours with the help of “Tunnel View Investigation” technology. Its purpose is to understand what happened before and after the incident and what activities took place at what time. Investigating officers believe that with this technology many such facts can come to light, which are not easily caught in normal investigation.
