CBSE postpones the date of revaluation of class 12, portal will open on June 1

New Delhi: CBSE has announced changes in the dates of post-result revaluation and answer sheet verification process for Class 12 students. The board said that the online portal to apply for this process will now be started from June 1, 2026. Earlier this portal was to be launched before the scheduled time, but now its date has been extended.

What was said in the official press release?

In the official press release issued by CBSE, it has been said that this decision has been taken with the aim of providing better facilities to the students and without any technical hassle. The board says that it wants the entire process after the result to be completed in a transparent, systematic and error-free manner.

According to the board, the need for additional time was felt to further strengthen the technical arrangements related to the operation of the portal. For this reason, the start of the application process has been postponed for a few days. Officials say that with this the system will be prepared better and students will not have to face any technical problem while applying.

CBSE also clarified that the process of revaluation and answer sheet verification will be done through online mode as before. Students will be able to submit their applications by visiting the official portal from June 1, 2026. The board has advised the students to read the guidelines carefully before applying and fill all the information correctly, so that there is no problem later.

Helpline services started to assist students

The board has also started helpline services to assist the students. If any student faces any problem regarding the application process or result related services, they can contact CBSE tele-counselling helpline 1800 11 8004. Apart from this, students can also get solutions to their problems or questions through email. For this the board has issued email ID resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in mailto:resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in.

CBSE says that the objective of these support services is to provide timely and correct information and help to the students, so that there is no confusion of any kind during the application process. The board has also appealed to the students and parents to trust only the official information.
