Big announcement of good news! Employment zones will start from 5 districts of UP, then the way will open in the entire state

Lucknow. Yogi government has taken a big step towards creating new employment opportunities for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. A scheme worth Rs 1,725 crore has been launched to promote skill training and employment in the state. Under this, skill and employment zones will be developed to provide training to the youth as per their ability and market demand.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Skill Training and Employment Sector Development Scheme on October 31, on the occasion of the 151st birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The government's aim is to connect the youth with job opportunities by teaching them skills.

Employment zones will be created in the first 5 districts

The scheme will be implemented in five districts of the state in the initial phase. After this, there are preparations to gradually expand it to all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. This will provide an opportunity to local youth to get skill training in their own district or surrounding areas.

However, the names of the five districts selected in the first phase have not been announced yet. Similarly, detailed information regarding the opening of the centers and the application process is also awaited.

Youth will get employment training

The objective of this scheme is not only to provide training to the youth but also to make them employable. For this, attention will be given to such skills which are in demand in companies and industries.

There will also be emphasis on creating better coordination between training institutes and private companies, so that the youth who complete the training can get help in finding jobs. However, information about which courses will be run and what will be the qualifications for admission is yet to be revealed.

Will I get a job after training?

The biggest question in the minds of the youth regarding the scheme is regarding jobs. At present, the government has not given detailed information about job guarantee or selection process after training. In such a situation, partnership with companies, arrangement of placements and employment fairs can play an important role in making this scheme successful.

Will expand to all 75 districts

This scheme with a total budget of Rs 1,725 crore is expected to increase the scope of skill training in the state. After starting with five districts, there is a plan to extend employment zones to all 75 districts.

Now the youth will keep an eye on when the districts of the first phase are announced and when the applications for training are started. If the plan progresses as per the set target, then the youth of the state can get better opportunities to learn employable skills in their own surroundings.
