Big controversy over Prabhas’ ‘Spirit’, two production houses face to face over title registration

Now all eyes are on his upcoming big projects ‘Fauji’, the sequel of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Spirit’.
Although, the release date of ‘Spirit’ has been fixed for March 5, 2027, but as soon as the shooting started, the film is stuck in a new controversy.

According to the latest reports, a dispute has arisen between two different production houses regarding the title of the film ‘Spirit’. On one hand, there is Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Spirit’, while on the other hand, another project ‘Spirit: Is Not One’ has also come up. A situation of conflict has arisen between the two sides regarding this title.

According to the information, the makers associated with Prabhas’s film have registered the title ‘Spirit’ in Mumbai. On the other hand, the producers of ‘Spirit: Is Not One’ claim that they had already registered the title with the Vijayawada-based Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce.
Producers Venkateshwarlu and Narasamma say that they have all the necessary documents related to title registration and censor process, hence they will not make any changes in the name of their film.
Difficulties may increase
Due to the title dispute, there is now a situation of confusion in the industry. It is believed that if a solution is not found between the two parties, it may also affect the high-profile projects of Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
It is also being said in some reports that due to such controversies, there may be a change in the release planning or schedule of the film.
At present, neither Sandeep Reddy Vanga nor Prabhas has given any official reaction on this entire matter. Film industry experts believe that this dispute can be resolved through talks between the two parties.
