Now wedding households can get up to 8 LPG cylinders. For this you will have to go to the gas distributor of your area and show the wedding card of your daughter or son. After applying through the card, the department will check it and if the verification is found correct, you will be issued a maximum of 8 cylinders at a time.

Procedure and rules for getting cylinder in Delhi

If you live in the country’s capital Delhi, the process here is a little different. Depending on the wedding card in Delhi, you can easily get 2 to 3 commercial cylinders through the distributor. For this you will have to deposit refilling charge and security deposit of the concerned cylinder. This is a big help for those people who were facing shortage of gas in big events.

Huge jump in commercial cylinder prices

There has been a big shock of inflation on the first of May. A record increase has been recorded in the prices of commercial LPG cylinders. There has been a direct increase of Rs 993 in the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder in Delhi. After this increase, now the price of this cylinder in Delhi has become Rs 3071.50. Earlier its price was Rs 2078.50. If we look at the data of the last three months, the prices of commercial cylinders have increased by a total of Rs 1303.

Domestic gas prices stable, common man relieved

It is a matter of relief that while on one hand the prices of commercial cylinders are skyrocketing, on the other hand there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder today. Domestic gas cylinder in Delhi is still stable at Rs 913. Last time its prices were increased by Rs 60. However, there is bad news for small consumers as the prices of 5 kg LPG cylinder have been increased marginally today.
