Bihar News: There will be no delay in the justice process in Bihar, 100 new fast track courts will open; CM Samrat’s announcement
Bihar News: Preparations are underway to take law and order to a new level in Bihar. The state government has taken a big decision to crack down on criminals and provide immediate justice to the victims. Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has given this information by sharing a post on social media platform X. He said that 100 fast track courts are being created in the state to completely control crime and to quickly dispose of the pending cases in the court. This step of the government is expected to speed up the justice system.
Will get relief from pending cases and fear will increase
There are a large number of such criminal cases in Bihar which are pending in the courts for years. Samrat Chaudhary says that the main objective of the government is to finish these pending cases quickly. When cases are heard quickly and criminals are punished on time, the fear of law will increase in the society. This will create fear among new criminals and there will be a huge decline in the crime graph in the state. The government is fully confident that with this new system the confidence of the general public in the court and the judicial system will become much stronger.
Which districts will get the benefit first?
However, the government has not yet shared complete information as to when these courts will start functioning. Along with this, it has also not been made clear in which districts of Bihar these 100 courts will be opened first. It is believed that in the districts where criminal cases are pending, these courts can be started on priority basis. In the coming days, the Home Department and the Law Department will together prepare a complete outline on this and soon the names of the districts will also be announced.
These special cases will be heard immediately
The main function of the fast track court is to hear cases on a daily basis, apart from the normal courts. In these courts, priority is mainly given to serious cases related to crimes against women and children, rape, murder, POCSO Act and SC ST law. When such sensitive cases are heard in these special courts, witnesses will not get a chance to be intimidated or influenced. This effort of the government can prove to give a new direction to the judicial process of Bihar.
