Patna, Read: There is big news regarding transfer for teachers native to Uttar Pradesh working in government schools of Bihar. Bihar Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari has clarified that there will be no discrimination in the transfer of teachers, the transfer process will be completed only through the prescribed rules and portal.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Education Minister said that there will be no discrimination of any kind against the teachers who are natives of Uttar Pradesh and are serving in the government schools of Bihar. He said that the teachers of UP are shaping the future of the children of Bihar and are respected for them.
Transfer will not be done on the basis of lobbying
The minister said that the transfer of teachers will be done on the basis of teacher transfer rules, the entire process will be done through the portal, the transfer decision will not be taken on the basis of anyone's recommendation or lobbying. He said that the Education Department is committed to complete the transfer process in a transparent and fair manner and no teacher will be given the opportunity to allege discrimination.

This statement of the Bihar government can bring great relief to the native teachers of Uttar Pradesh working there. The government has made it clear that there will be no discrimination on the basis of their native state during transfer. The Minister reiterated that the transfers of all teachers will be as per the prescribed rules, eligibility and prescribed procedure.
