  • 1 cup rice flour
  • half cup grated jaggery
  • half cup water
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • half teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut

Easy method of making Makuti

Prepare jaggery syrup

First of all, heat water in a pan. Add grated jaggery to it and let it dissolve well. After the jaggery melts completely, filter the mixture so that the impurities present in it are removed.
