Talking to the media at BJP’s state office Jagannath Bhawan, party’s Mahila Morcha president C. Manjula said that protest marches and public meetings will be organized by Mahila Morcha at all the district headquarters on April 25.

Congress negative towards women
Manjula said that from today, Union Ministers and MPs are holding press conferences at various divisional headquarters. MP B.Y. Whereas former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar will hold a press conference on April 23 in Belagavi, former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in Haveri and Union Minister V. Somanna in Mysuru. He alleged that the history of Congress has been negative towards women. It’s not a flower, it’s the power of fire
In response to a question, he said that the purpose of this movement is to give the message that the women of the country are not just flowers but also the power of fire. It is noteworthy that under the Nari Shakti Vandan Act, there is a provision to reserve 33 percent seats for women in the Lok Sabha and all state assemblies. This includes quota for women even within seats reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

allegation of political message
Opposition parties say that even if the bill is passed, it will not be implemented immediately, as it is linked to the next census and delimitation process, which may take time to be implemented. The BJP alleges that the opposition parties could not pass this bill while in power, while the opposition accuses the government of using it only as a political message.
