‘suspense’ on Islamabad talks; intact
Clouds of uncertainty are looming over the second round of talks to be held in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad. On one hand there are reports that US Vice President JD Vance A delegation led by Iran can reach Pakistan, while Iran has made it clear that none of its official or unofficial delegation has gone to Islamabad at present. Trump’s deadline and the sound of war
On the other hand, the stance of US President Donald Trump seems to be very tough. Trump has clarified in a conversation with Bloomberg that the ceasefire will remain in force only till 8 pm (US time) on Wednesday night. Trump has also indicated that he is not in favor of extending the ceasefire. In this situation, America and Iran have only time till Thursday morning to reach a conclusion, otherwise the horrors of war may start again.
