A new revolution of development will start from Hardoi; BJP’s mega plan ready for the inauguration of Ganga Expressway
Ganga Expressway Inauguration 2026 BJP Meeting: Bharatiya Janata Party has intensified preparations to make the inauguration program of the proposed Ganga Expressway grand and well-organized. In this series, in the review meeting held at Mallawan in Hardoi on Saturday, senior leaders of the party decided a detailed strategy regarding arrangements and public participation.
State President Pankaj Chaudhary and State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh reviewed the venue, traffic, public relations and arrangements in detail. During this, public representatives, officials and a large number of workers were present.

Pankaj Chaudhary said that the inauguration of Ganga Expressway is not just a formal event but is going to become a symbol of the development of Uttar Pradesh. Describing it as a far-reaching project, he said that it will take the state’s economy to new heights and give impetus to industrial investment, business activities and employment generation.
He said that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, there has been unprecedented change in the infrastructure sector in the country and in Uttar Pradesh, under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath, these projects are being implemented rapidly. Projects like Purvanchal, Bundelkhand and Ganga Expressway have given the state a new identity as ‘Expressway State’.
The inauguration program will be historic
He called upon the workers to make the inauguration ceremony a public festival and ensure maximum public participation, so that this historic occasion can become unforgettable. State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh said that the BJP organization is known for its discipline and activism and this event is an important opportunity to show organizational capability.
He directed that precise planning and timely implementation should be ensured by coordination from booth to district level. He said that Ganga Expressway is a project that will give a new direction to the progress of the state and with the unity and hard work of the workers, the inauguration program will be made historic and grand.

60 percent expressway
Let us tell you that at present UP’s share in the total expressways of the country is 60 percent. Uttar Pradesh is emerging as an expressway state in the country. At present, Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Gorakhpur Link Expressway are operating in the state. Besides, many other expressways are under construction and proposed in the state.
