BJP workers enthusiastically listened to PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program in Amethi.

Amethi. The 136th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ was collectively listened to in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and patriotism by the Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday at various mandals and booths in Amethi district. A large number of BJP officials, workers and Matrishakti participated in the program and pledged to convey the Prime Minister’s ideas to the people. BJP Amethi District President Sudhanshu Shukla listened to the program with the booth committee and workers at booth number 208 located in Mattepur of Haliyapur division of Jagdishpur Assembly. Former District President Dayashankar Yadav and Durgesh Tripathi also listened to the Prime Minister’s address along with the workers at different places.

District Minister Asha Vajpayee participated in the program with Matrishakti, while senior BJP leader Girish Chandra Shukla listened to the program with the workers at booth number 61 of Shakti Kendra Indriya. Many officials including District Vice President Hindeesh Singh, Prabhat Shukla and District Spokesperson Chandramouli Singh also participated in the program along with the workers at different booths. During the program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas paid homage to the brave martyrs of the country and remembered their indomitable courage, bravery and supreme sacrifice.

He said that the valor of the brave soldiers of Kargil will always inspire the coming generations to serve the nation. Praising the country’s youth, startup culture and innovation, the Prime Minister said that the youth of India are today proving their talent at the global level and are playing an important role in building a developed India. Calling for making environmental protection a mass movement, he made special mention of the campaign of planting 35 crore saplings in a single day in Uttar Pradesh and described it as an excellent example of public participation.

At the end of his address, the Prime Minister called for making the upcoming ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign a success with full enthusiasm and respect. He said that in the last few years this campaign has connected the entire country with a wonderful feeling of patriotism. This year too, every citizen should express his commitment towards the nation by hoisting the tricolor flag with full respect at his home. After the program, BJP leaders said that the Prime Minister’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program gives positive direction, inspiration and energy to the society to work in the national interest. Workers at all the booths in Amethi pledged to spread the Prime Minister’s messages to the people and to give more momentum to the campaigns of environmental protection, patriotism and social participation.
