Materials:

  • paneer
  • Corn kernels
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Lemon juice
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chaat masala
  • salt
  • Coriander
  • Cheese

Action:

  • To make Paneer Corn Salad, first of all, put the corn in a cooker, add water and cook for 2 whistles.
  • After the cooked corn cools down, separate the kernels from it. Wash the paneer and cut it into fine pieces.
  • In a large bowl add corn kernels, finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, lemon juice and mix.
  • Then add chaat masala, black pepper powder and paneer pieces and mix it.
  • Finally add cheese as per your choice and top with finely chopped coriander and serve.
