Ayodhya: Police probing the Ayodhya Ram Temple donation theft case have uncovered fresh leads during the 39-hour custodial interrogation of accused Ram Shankar Yadav alias Tittu and Manish Yadav.
Acting on the information, officers conducted a raid at around 3 AM at Tittu Yadav residence near the Ram Janmabhoomi complex.

3 AM Raid at Tittu Yadav Residence
During the search, police seized a white Alto car (UP42 BN 8546), a Bullet motorcycle and cash. Both vehicles have been taken into custody and parked at the Ram Janmabhoomi police station. Officials are also verifying the ownership details and registration records of the seized vehicles.
Luxury Lifestyle and Investments Under Scanner
Investigators believe the alleged stolen donation money was not only spent on a lavish lifestyle but also invested through multiple financial channels. Police reportedly recovered documents related to share market investments, money lending and property purchases, suggesting the funds may have been systematically invested to build assets.

According to officials, the investigation has led to the recovery of:
- Three four-wheelers
- One Bullet motorcycle
- Gold jewellery
- Cash
- Property-related documents
- Share market investment records
- Money-lending records

Police have also initiated a financial investigation to trace the alleged movement and utilisation of the funds.
All eight accused in the case are currently on police remand, and investigators believe further questioning could reveal additional details about the alleged theft, the flow of money and whether more individuals were involved in the operation.
