BSP chief Mayawati’s demand – Chief managers associated with the trust should also be investigated in the offering theft case.

Lucknow, 7 July. After Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, now after the case of theft and embezzlement of offerings in Badrinath Dham has come into limelight, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) national president and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mayawati has targeted. He has demanded a serious investigation of the chief managers associated with the trusts at both the religious places.

Former UP Chief Minister Mayawati has raised these questions through a post on social media platform X. He wrote in the post, ‘After Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, UP, now the case of theft and embezzlement etc. in Badrinath Dham offerings is in the news in Uttarakhand state too. In both these famous religious places, the chief managers associated with their trust should also be properly investigated, otherwise in future, under their guise, other chief managers appointed in their place may also misuse it. Because there is a general discussion that whatever wrong has happened at the lower level, it is either due to the connivance of the key managers or it has happened due to their negligence.

Mayawati wrote, ‘Therefore, it is very important to investigate this matter properly and the government and the SIT also have to pay special attention to this matter. Also, the senior leaders of SP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party etc. who are saying that there is theft and embezzlement of huge amount of money in the offerings here (Shri Ram Temple), then solid evidence should be taken from them too, so that no theft or embezzler can escape, otherwise under the guise of this, it will be considered as mere politics i.e. not faith, which, ignoring the issues of public interest, now these parties want to go to the elections under the guise of this issue, there is a common discussion as well.
