What is the qualification required for the post of 'Dean'?
The age of the candidate applying for the post of Dean in SBI should be between 40 years to 55 years as on 31 August 2026.
Talking about educational qualification, it is mandatory for the candidate to have at least 55 percent marks in MBA, Executive MBA, PGDM, PGDBA or any equivalent degree. Apart from this, candidates who have PhD or MPhil degree can also apply for it. In terms of experience, the candidate should have at least 15 years of total work experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a senior academic or leadership position.
Eligibility for Faculty and Marketing Executive
To apply for the post of Faculty, the candidate must have a post graduation degree in any recognized subject with at least 55% marks. Also, the candidate should have at least 6 years of teaching or training experience in the relevant field.
On the other hand, for the post of Marketing Executive, it is necessary to have minimum 55 percent marks in MBA in Marketing or its related degree. The candidate should have at least 5 years of marketing experience. Additionally, candidates who have specialized skills in areas such as digital marketing, marketing analytics and social media marketing may be given preference during the selection process.
