Step 1: Debris removal and vacuum cleaning

First of all take out the car mats. Dispose of unwanted trash or paper under seats, in cup holders and in door pockets. Then, with the help of a vacuum cleaner, thoroughly remove the fine dust from the seat, floor and corners.

Step 2: Cleaning the car mats

If the removed mats are rubber or plastic, rinse them thoroughly with water and shampoo. If they are fabric type, brush and vacuum. The mats should be put back in the car only after they are completely dry.
