Cardi B and Maduka Okoye have once again fueled romance rumors after being spotted together during Milan Fashion Week, adding to growing speculation about a possible relationship between the rapper and the soccer star.

The 33-year-old rapper and 27-year-old German-Nigerian footballer were seen spending time together in Milan following Cardi’s appearance on the runway for Vogue World on Tuesday, September 22.

A video circulating on social media appears to show Cardi B and Okoye enjoying drinks together at an afterparty. The pair can be seen chatting and seemingly flirting, prompting renewed interest from fans who have been following the romance speculation surrounding them.

Their latest appearance comes after the two stars were spotted together at several fashion events across Europe in recent months. Both Cardi and Okoye work with stylist Kollin Carter, which has also brought them into the same fashion circles.
