This joke is no longer a joke when commuters have taken it as a means of crossing the road.
Prachi wrote, 'We had launched the boat on the road on the basis of a joke, but this joke ceased to be a joke when people made it the easiest means of transportation. We had to pay for this boat. The challan also had to be paid. He said that this matter should now reach the right people.
