In the ongoing “Neeti Extreme Ultra Run” in Chamoli, Uttarakhand, Anurag did what is difficult for a common man to even imagine. Overcoming a serious physical challenge like Cerebral Palsy, Anurag completed a 10 kilometer race on the extremely difficult roads of Niti Valley. Whoever saw this passion of Anurag was forced to bite his teeth.

Anurag Rawat showed his unwavering confidence in this “Niti Extreme Ultra Run” being organized from 31 May to 2 June in Chamoli district. He successfully completed the extremely difficult and uphill race of 10 kilometers in approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. The official slogan of this race was “Beyond Limits, Beyond the Canyon”, and Anurag proved this message true with his success. He told the world that if there is a desire to do something in the mind, then no weakness of the body can come in the way.

Anurag Rawat, originally from Pauri district of Uttarakhand, is currently living in Delhi. Despite being a victim of cerebral palsy, Anurag’s dreams never diminished. This area of Niti Valley is known for its high mountains, rocky roads and above all ‘low oxygen’. Anurag’s performance has become an example for everyone in such difficult and challenging conditions, where even the best runners are left breathless.
