Chief Minister Yogi’s big gift: These employees of Uttar Pradesh will get ESI and PF facilities, order issued

Lucknow: A very wonderful and relief news is coming for lakhs of outsourced employees working in government departments of Uttar Pradesh. Yogi government has started making full preparations to implement a completely new and innovative system for about four lakh outsourced workers of the state. After the introduction of this new system, the employees will not only get increased salary, but they are also likely to get direct benefits of many excellent facilities related to social security.

According to the government’s planning, this new system can be implemented in the entire state from September 2026. For this, the digital system of Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation (UPCAS) is being made very strong and hi-tech, so that all the processes like recruitment and salary related to employees can be completed in a completely transparent and clean manner.

Special portal will be ready by August, work will be done through single window

A special digital portal is being prepared for the convenience of outsourced employees, which strict instructions have been given to complete by August 2026 at all costs. After this portal goes live, the complete records of all the employees will be available at one place in digital format. It will work like a single window system, in which personal information of employees, process of new recruitments, latest rates of honorarium and complete details of other government facilities available will be recorded. With this, the entire outsource system will become more organized than before and the game of middlemen will end.

Heavy honorarium will be decided in four different categories, know who will get how much money

In this new policy of the government, a major change has been made regarding the honorarium of employees. Now employees will be given salary by dividing them into four different categories on the basis of their qualification, responsibility and work.

Under this, Category 1 employees will get a huge honorarium of Rs 40,000 every month. Whereas for Category 2 employees, Rs 25,000 per month has been fixed. Apart from this, Category 3 employees will be paid Rs 22,000 per month and Category 4 employees will be paid Rs 20,000 per month. This historic change is expected to directly provide huge economic benefits to lakhs of families of Uttar Pradesh.

Not only salary, now government facilities like EPF and ESI will also be available.

This new scheme of Yogi government is not only going to be limited to increasing the honorarium, but the government is also going to provide social security cover to these employees for the future. Under the new system, now big facilities like Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) can also be provided to outsourced employees. This will not only provide financial security to the employees after retirement, but they and their families will also be able to benefit from better health and work arrangements.

Chief Minister Yogi’s special emphasis on digital and completely transparent system

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given clear instructions to the officials that the entire system of outsourcing should be made technology based and completely in the interest of the employees. The main objective of the government is that there should be complete transparency in every process from recruitment to honorarium payment and transfer and no employee should be exploited. Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Service Corporation has also been formed keeping this big goal in mind. Experts believe that as soon as this new system comes into force, many of the age-old problems of outsourced employees will end forever.
