- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon red chillies
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 capsicum (diced)
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Peel the potatoes and cut them into long vertical pieces. Cook these slices in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Then drain the water and let the potatoes cool completely.
