Healthy breakfast recipes for morning

Sprout Cheela: Grind the sprouted pulses coarsely and add curd, gram flour, salt and spices to it. Pour this mixture on the pan and spread it. Your chilla will be ready in a few minutes. Serve it with chutney.

Paneer Bhurji: Finely chop onion and tomato. Then add mashed cheese, tomato and onion in the pan and cook well. Eat it with hot paratha or bread.

Chana Chaat: Boil black gram and then add onion, tomato, green chilli. Add salt, spices and lemon juice as per taste. This is a healthy snack.

Moong Dal Salad: Soak and sprout moong dal. Then mix sprouted dal, onion, cucumber, tomato and green chilli in a bowl. Add chaat masala and lemon juice over it.
