(Health Corner) :- In present times, it has become very difficult to get food without adulteration. Nowadays the problem of adulteration in food items is increasing. In this article we will tell you some easy ways to identify adulteration of watermelon. You will not have to spend anything for this. We will tell you two simple tests, of which you can use whichever you prefer.
- The first and simplest way is to first cut a piece of watermelon. Then, pour a little vinegar where there is a cut mark on the watermelon. If the color of the watermelon turns red, it is a sign that the watermelon has been adulterated. If it doesn’t, you can eat it.
- Another way is that if you keep the watermelon for 2 or 3 days and black marks appear on it, it shows that the watermelon has been adulterated. But if the watermelon remains fine without any changes, you can eat it safely.
