Mumbai: Akshay Kumar experiences deep emotions in the final promo of ‘Wheel of Fortune’. Before the finale of the show, the producers showed him a surprise tribute video, which brought tears to his eyes. Wiping tears, he said, ‘Thank you India, for giving so much love to this show.’ The quiz reality show is coming to an end with its grand finale on 27th April.
The final episode will feature special guests like Farah Khan, Bhumi Pednekar and Jacqueline Fernandez. Akshay was seen getting emotional in the new promo released on Instagram on Saturday (April 25, 2026). The promo presented a beautiful montage of the show’s journey, featuring Akshay’s smiles, mischiefs and memorable moments.
The video had an emotional message – ‘From tomorrow this stage will no longer be there, but your smile, mischief and silliness will always be remembered. You will always be remembered. Seeing this, Akshay Kumar’s eyes filled with tears. He said, ‘There are so many moments… 65 episodes have passed. Around 200 competitors participated. There are so many precious moments.
After this, referring to his maternal uncle, he said, ‘My maternal uncle has also come here. He did not miss a single show. He tells me – Son, I come to watch the show at 9 o’clock. Akshay finally said from the heart, ‘Thank you India, for giving so much love to this show.’ ‘Wheel of Fortune’ gained immense popularity among the TV audience. In this show, common people got a chance to try their luck and win huge amount of money.
Akshay Kumar made the show even more special with his energy and fun style. His energetic hosting skills kept the audience engaged in every episode. After the conclusion of the show, Akshay will now focus on his upcoming films.
