Jamun Smoothie Recipe

Material:

blackberry paste

thick cold curd or lassi

cardamom powder

dry fruits

Smoothie making process

To make smoothie, first extract the pulp of blackberries.

Now add cold thick curd or lassi, honey and cardamom powder into it.

If you want, you can also add a little rabri to it.

Blend all the ingredients until the smoothie becomes velvety.

Pour it in a glass and decorate with dry fruits on top.

Jamun Ice Cream Recipe

Material:

blackberry juice

Fresh Amul Cream

sugar syrup

Rabdi

cardamom powder

ice cream making process

First add some jamun juice to the syrup and beat it well.

Then take some fresh Amul cream in a vessel and beat it well.

Add rabri or condensed milk to this cream.

Now add cardamom powder and finely chopped dry fruits into it.

Then add jamun syrup paste and mix all the ingredients well.

Pour this mixture into an ice cream pot or air-tight container and keep it in the freezer.

When it sets after a few hours, serve it.
