1. If you have pain in joints or knees, consume fenugreek seeds powder on an empty stomach in the morning. This will give you quick relief.
2. For skin related problems, consume aloe vera juice or fresh aloe vera in the morning. It cures all types of skin diseases.
3. Consuming garlic regularly keeps blood pressure under control. Garlic quickly normalizes high blood pressure.
4. If your hair is graying or falling quickly, consume Amla juice daily. Amla is very beneficial for hair.
5. For diabetes, consume bottle gourd and bitter gourd juice or vegetables. This will give you quick relief.
6. For heart disease, consume pomegranate daily. It strengthens the heart.
7. To improve eyesight, consume Amla, carrot, almond and spinach.
8. Consume Triphala powder for stomach problems like acidity, gas, constipation etc.
