Best Actress Award for Yami Gautam
National Film Awards, New Delhi: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced the winners of the 72nd National Film Awards at the National Media Center in New Delhi on Saturday. The announcement was delayed by nearly two weeks, as jury deliberations were still underway. It was earlier reported that the jury was still selecting the winners and the delay was due to the pre-scheduled work of some members.
It was also told that no estimates should be considered until the selection process is completed. These awards honored those films which have been certified by the Central Board of Film Certification between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. Yami Gautam received the Best Actress award for ‘Article 370’.
