Ingredients for Waffles

To make this delicious dish, you will need the following ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup corn flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, 5 tbsp milk powder, ¾ cup powdered sugar, ½ cup melted butter, 2 tsp vanilla essence, 1½ tbsp cocoa powder, 8-10 fresh blueberries, ½ cup cream cheese, ¼ cup icing sugar, and honey or chocolate sauce for garnishing.

Simple way to make waffles

Prepare the batter: First of all, mix flour, corn flour, baking powder, milk powder and powdered sugar in a big vessel. Then add 2 cups of water and beat it well so that a smooth and lump-free batter is prepared. After this add melted butter and vanilla essence and mix well.

Differentiate the flavour: Divide the prepared batter into three equal parts. Keep the first portion classic, add cocoa powder to the second portion to create a chocolate flavor, and add fresh blueberries to the third portion.

Bake Waffles: Now heat the waffle maker and apply some butter on it and grease it. Add the three prepared batters one by one and fry well until it becomes crisp.

Garnish and serve: Mix cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and put it in a piping bag. Drizzle honey on a classic waffle. Sprinkle icing sugar on chocolate waffles and drizzle with chocolate sauce. finally, apply the cream cheese mixture from the piping bag on the blueberry waffle and serve it hot, enjoy the monsoon.
