During this time, rare flowers like Himalayan Rose, Blue Poppy and River Anemone bloom here. This special tour package of IRCTC is for 6 days and 5 nights.
Tour route and main attractions
In this trekking journey, apart from the Valley of Flowers, tourists will also get the opportunity to visit other natural and religious places of Uttarakhand.
Rishikesh and Pipalkoti: The journey will start from Rishikesh at 6:00 am. After reaching Pipalkoti from here you will enjoy the first stop.
Govindghat and Ghangaria: After going by car from Pipalkoti to Govindghat and Pulna, the main foot trek starts. From here one climbs 9 kilometers to reach Ghangaria, which is the base camp of the Valley of Flowers.
Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib: From Ghangaria, there will be a trip to the Valley of Flowers on the third day. The next day involves a climb to the Sikh holy site 'Sri Hemkund Sahib'.
Badrinath Dham Darshan: During the return journey, tourists will also get the opportunity to visit Lord Badrinath Dham without any extra fee.
