There is good news for tourists planning to visit Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to extend the duration of the tourism season of PTR. Now tourists every year From 1 November to 30 June Will be able to visit Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. That means tourists will get about eight months time to visit Jungle Safari and Chuka Beach.
Usually the tourist season here earlier 15 November to 15 June Lived till. After the implementation of the new system, tourists will get more time to see the forest and surrounding natural tourist places than before.
More fees will have to be paid on Saturday-Sunday
Along with increasing the tourism period, changes have also been made regarding ticket fees. According to officials, normal admission fee will be charged from Monday to Friday, while Tourists will have to pay higher fees on Saturday and Sunday. However, the full amount of the new fee is to be disclosed separately by the authorities.
The purpose of this arrangement is to operate the tourism system in a better way keeping in mind the increasing crowd of tourists on weekends.
Preparations intensified before the new season
Before the start of the new tourism season, Pilibhit Tiger Reserve administration has started preparations. Along with repairing the safari routes, the facilities available for tourists are also being improved.
Major tourist destinations of PTR Chuka Beach But repair and beautification work is still going on. The huts, restaurants and other tourist facilities present here are being improved. Repair and painting work of Water Hut and Aranya Kutir is being done, while preparations are being made to give a new look to Tharu Hut and Tree Top Hut.
