Entertainment News: Actor Rajpal Yadav has got relief from the Supreme Court in the check bounce case. The court has approved the proposal presented by him, in which he mentioned to repay the outstanding amount by selling his ancestral property. The actor told the court that he has an amount of Rs 1.15 crore ready, which he can deposit through demand draft on Wednesday. Apart from this, the prospective buyer of his ancestral property has also agreed to pay Rs 85 lakh. Thus, it has been planned to initially deposit Rs 2 crore.

Payment of Rs 85 lakh through DD

Anant Prakash Yadav, a potential buyer of the actor's ancestral property, was also present in the court. He expressed his desire to deposit Rs 85 lakh through demand draft. The court said that after this amount is deposited on Monday, conditional relief can be given to Rajpal Yadav as part of the further process. After this, the court will also set a time table to repay the remaining outstanding amount.

Delay in registry due to parent's side

Rajpal Yadav's lawyer told the court that a buyer for the actor's ancestral property has been found, but at present he does not want to register the sale documents due to parental issues. The buyer wishes to get the property registered after Navratri, but is ready to pay Rs 85 lakh as advance payment as of now.

Rajpal Yadav said emotionally in the court that till now he has worked in about two hundred and fifty films and he has lost a lot of money. He said that the loss of Rs 5 crore in this case is affecting him a lot. On this, the Chief Justice in a light-hearted manner asked him to entertain the people by making a good film. The next hearing of the case will be held after two days.
