Nowadays every woman wishes to have glowing skin, especially during festivals. The festival of Navratri is near, when lakhs of girls will wear colorful clothes and enjoy Garba and Dandiya along with worship. To ensure that your dry and dead skin does not become a hindrance in this pleasant environment, it is necessary to adopt some special skincare routine.
Due to busy life the skin often becomes dry and tanned. During Navratri, women meet each other and visit Durga pandals, so they should take care of their skincare routine. Not taking skincare can cause problems like pimples. Therefore, certain skincare habits should be adopted to avoid pimples, tanning and dry skin.
Important steps of skincare routine
There is no need for any complicated treatment to get glowing skin. Instead, some simple habits should be incorporated into your daily life. Such as drinking enough water, so that the body and skin remain hydrated. Apart from this, the skin should always be kept clean, otherwise the problem of pimples may occur.
1. Keep skin clean: It is very important to keep your skin clean during festivals. When you return from outside, wash your face with your favorite face wash and then apply moisturizer.
2. Use face scrub: Due to pollution, dead cells accumulate on the skin. Use face scrub to remove these. You can also adopt home remedies, but be careful while scrubbing.
3. Apply Ubtan: Mix 1 teaspoon honey in 4 teaspoons raw milk, then add milk powder to it and apply it gently. Don't forget to do a patch test before using any home remedy.
4. Use Moisturizer: To keep your skin healthy, you should apply moisturizer every morning and evening.
5. Use Sunscreen: There is less sunlight in October, but even mild sunlight can damage the skin. Therefore, do not forget to apply sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays.
