Clean the dust accumulated around the AC and on the air outlet thoroughly. If there is excess dirt in the coil or internal parts, have it cleaned by a technician.
Drainage pipe inspection
After cleaning the AC, also clean the drain pipe. If there is a blockage in it, there may be a leakage problem. So don't forget to check the drainage system.
Focus on outdoor unit
Also clean the outdoor unit of the split AC thoroughly. Remove nearby leaves, dust or other obstructions. Keep the power supply off while cleaning and do not attempt to open the unit yourself.
