Reliance Jio prepaid plans
Reliance Jio offers various prepaid plans and data vouchers for its customers. There are some vouchers which have a slight difference in price, but their benefits are different. Jio's ₹100 and ₹111 data vouchers fall in this category. The price difference between these two is only ₹11, and both the plans offer various digital and entertainment benefits along with additional data.
₹100 data voucher
Reliance Jio's ₹100 prepaid data voucher comes with a validity of 30 days. Users get a total of 6GB data in this plan, which they can use within 30 days.
Voucher Features
An important feature of this voucher is that it also includes 30 days of JioHotstar Mobile subscription. This could be beneficial for users who like to watch OTT content with additional mobile data. If the data given in the plan is exhausted, the internet speed reduces to 64 Kbps. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to data consumption for customers with high data usage.
Data Voucher worth ₹111
On the other hand, the ₹111 data voucher comes with 5GB data and has a validity of 28 days. Data not used during this period will expire after 28 days. The ₹111 voucher features additional digital benefits. Users get the option to choose from two different add-on bundles. The first is the Gaming Pack, which gives access to JioGames Mobile for 56 days.
youth pack option
The second option is the Youth Pack, which gives access to JioGames Mobile, FanCode and Snapchat+ for 28 days. These additional benefits have to be used within 28 days of recharge and the validity of the add-ons is also 28 days. JioGames subscription can be availed through the JioGames app, while Snapchat+ has to be activated through the MyJio app. To use FanCode one has to go to JioTV mobile app.
Which plan to choose?
If we talk about data only, the ₹100 voucher seems to be more beneficial as it offers 1GB additional data compared to the ₹111 plan and its validity is also 2 days more. With this, 30 days JioHotstar Mobile subscription is also included.
However, the ₹111 plan may be better for users who are more interested in gaming and other digital content. It also comes with additional benefits like FanCode and Snapchat+ if you choose the Youth Pack with JioGames. So the ₹100 plan may be a better option for general data and OTT needs, while the ₹111 voucher may prove more useful for customers who use gaming and additional digital services.
