The demonstration focused on alleged irregularities in competitive examinations and broader concerns over India’s education system.
The protest saw participation from students, young professionals, and parents, many of whom said they were directly affected by exam-related stress, uncertainty, and alleged system failures.

1. Resignation of the Education Minister
Protesters demanded the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding the ministry responsible for alleged examination lapses.
2. Independent probe into exam irregularities
They called for a transparent and time-bound investigation into alleged NEET paper leaks and recruitment exam misconduct.
3. Overhaul of examination systems
Demonstrators sought reforms in conduct, evaluation, and monitoring of national-level competitive examinations to ensure fairness.
4. Accountability in digital assessment methods
Concerns were raised over on-screen marking and digital evaluation systems, with demands for stricter safeguards and trained implementation.
5. Student mental health support framework
Protesters urged the government to introduce structured mental health support systems for students facing academic pressure and exam stress.

Voices from the protest
Participants described growing frustration over repeated allegations of leaks and lack of trust in examination bodies. Several students said prolonged preparation cycles were being disrupted by uncertainty, while parents highlighted emotional and financial stress.
A section of protesters also raised concerns about uneven access to education in conflict-affected regions and the need for proper training before expanding digital systems in schools and colleges.
