While sharing the news of increase in the price of domestic gas, Akhilesh Yadav wrote in his ex-post, “The BJP is angry with the rising cost of bread, now every hope has been shattered…” Let us tell you that this is the second increase in the domestic LPG cylinder in three months. Earlier on March 7, an increase of Rs 60 per cylinder was announced. Apart from domestic LPG, there was no change in the prices of commercial LPG and 5-kg FTL on Sunday (June 7, 2026). After several increases in the prices of both these types of cylinders, the total has increased by ₹ 1,345 and ₹ 323 per cylinder respectively.
