Consuming Ginger:
Ginger is available in every kitchen. Ginger is used to make various food items. Ginger helps improve health. Peppermint Oil:
Pills should not be consumed permanently after a cold cough. Instead add peppermint oil in hot water and take steam. Inhaling steam will help to release phlegm accumulated in the chest.
